There is a bold authenticity that the artist Melodie holds intrinsic in her music. Singer, musician, lyricist as well as producer, Melodie demonstrates her musical abilities in many areas.

   Melodie started playing piano at the age of 9 and was classically trained from The Royal Conservatory of Music. She also took up guitar and has written many songs on guitar. She studied dance since she was 6 and has a professional background in jazz, hip-hop, modern and latin dance. 

   Having lived in the United States, Canada and the Cayman Islands, Melodie has been influenced by different cultures around the world that has impacted her as an artist.

   She continues to have a passion for  several genres and is currently working on new releases.
